Fascinating Collection of Bathroom Trivia Nov 26, 2011

I bought this book on a whim because of its low price and free shipping with prime. What I got was a little collection of bathroom facts and trivia that's so fascinating I read it cover to cover in a couple days though not in the bathroom.
Bathroom Companion is an attractively designed book with simulated black and white tile on the dust jacket and aquamarine edging on the pages. It even comes with an attached cloth bookmark attached to the top of the back spine.
Within the book are bits about bathrooms, fixtures, towels, and items normally found in the bathroom like soap, toilet paper, and shaving gear.
The facts and figures are gleaned from around the world, with a good representation from Japan where fancy toilets are quite popular. Some of the information is dated in this 2005 book but still pertinent and very interesting.
