A great tool for working with older electronics Feb 06, 2010
By Michael Sloane This is an educational/teaching guide for working with older electronic equipment. Note that its copyright date is 1992, so it has limited value for much of the equipment being sold today. But for someone who works with the older stuff - tuners, amplifiers, tape decks, etc. - it is a great help and will save hours of aimless/fruitless puttering when trying to fix these items. Note that this is not a beginner's guide - some elementary knowledge of electricity and electronics will be required to really make the best use of the book.
