It was not clear at the time of purchase that the book was only in SI. The CD that came with the book was in both SI and IMP.

By Steve Harrington There is no book, only a CD-ROM and you can't save individual pages from the PDF file, (it is encrypted) which makes it useless for what I was planning to do, that is mark up the charts and send them to my customer.
